List of state agencies. A summary of the registration (or license
to solicit contributions) and financial documents filed by charities
and many other non-profit organizations can be obtained by contacting the
appropriate agency in your state. Registration with any of these
government agencies does not imply endorsement, approval, or
recommendation by the state.
