The Theater Arts/Television & Media Arts Major: The major in theatre arts/television and media arts affords an opportunity to concentrate in one of two directions: theatre or television. Theatre Arts provides fundamental experiences in performance, production, and/or arts management necessary for professional goals. Television has similar pre-professional goals that focus on either the news and documentary fields or television drama.
