Included in the topics investigated were: evaluating the effects of seat
belt legislation on motor vehicle fatality rates and various injury rates,
estimating demand curves associated with multistep block pricing, optimal
location of pipe lines, evaluation of the efficacy of motor vehicle inspection,
application of benefit/cost analysis, sensitivity analysis, econometric
model building, and economic analysis of labor markets. In conjunction
with these activities I had the opportunity to testify as an expert witness
in judicial proceedings and to provide testimony before U.S. Congressional I served as the senior economist and statistician for Dental Logistics, Inc., a consulting group, 1977 1985. I served as well (1984 and 1985) on the MIS Undergraduate Grant Committee
of Morgan Stanley and Company where I reviewed technical papers of candidates
