Subject: Iditarod WWW Site

I've added an Iditarod page to my 5th grade WWW site.
Besides links to other Iditarod sites, it's got the *Shageluk Connection*
Shageluk's a village of 140 on the Innoko River, and a checkpoint on the
southern route of the Iditarod.Joy Hamilton,a teacher at the Innoko River
School and her students, will be sending my students frequent updates and
pictures as the mushers check in at their village on their way to Nome.
If you're doing a unit on "The Last Great Race on Earth," you may want to
check this page out. It's like having a front seat to this event!
