Persons not in a parish and persons outside the diocese are also welcome.

Traffic on the list is moderate to heavy, depending on the news at the moment. Far more announcements and news items appear than discussion, but persons on the list are free to try to prompt a discussion. Outsiders should realize that they participate as our guests. Engagement is welcome. Civility is expected.
