These graphs in the first series (150 years) are based on data supplied in The Episcopal Church Annual, 2002, pages 22-23. The graphs in the second series (30 years) used data from the 1970s as found on pages 18-19 of the Episcopal Church Annual for 1992.

Yes, the last graph is accurate. Receipts since 1955 have grown so enormous that the receipts for the earlier decades show up as near zero on this graph. Here are the actual amounts used in the graph:
