First, to 'get' one of those files, you have to be inside mm and at the
mm> prompt. That is, you must see 'mm>' plus the blinking cursor. Then
enter:

       get lcrew [or smith or....]

Immediately you are moved out of your main mailbox and into the other one you
have chosen, but you don't see any changes. You are still at an mm> prompt.
To see the contents of the folder to which you have moved, enter:

h a [That means 'headers all']

From there you can read the ones you specify and do anything else with them
were they still in your main mailbox.

To return to your main mailbox, you enter just

       get

and that will take you back. Again, you want see any changes, unless you
enter 'h a' again.

If ever you want to know which mailbox you are in, enter the command

       status

That will tell you. You may enter 'status' from any mm> prompt.
