Warning, to do this trick, I have to use emacs or another editor to
get inside a message which I have entered to go out. The in the
header area, with no intervening blank line, I enter
Return-Receipt-To:
That causes the system receiving my message to send me a receipt whether or
not the addressee wants me to have one. I.e., it works like certified mail.
