Bishops who opposed C004sa, the legislation that would mandate that
all dioceses enable women's minstries, also are heavily invested in the
Presentment to bring to trial for heresy a bishop who ordained
lesbians and gays.
Of the 17 who voted against C004sa, 16 (94%) also signed the presentment:
