The Heresy Trial of The Rt. Rev. Walter Righter
Read the accusers' own words!
"Be happy when people revile you and persecute you and utter all
kinds of evil against you falsely on my account. Rejoice and be glad,
for your reward is great in heaven, for in the same way they persecuted the
prophets who were before you. --Matthew 5:11-12
If the Middle Ages be here, can the Renaissance be far behind?!
This in on 5/28: The Accuser's
Retaliation to the Court's May 15th 'Not Guilty' Verdict and the
ENS press release about the retaliation.

CHARGES AGAINST RIGHTER DISMISSED
(Wilmington, May 15) The Court for the Trial of a Bishop dismissed both
counts against Bishop Walter Righter today saying there was "no clear
doctrine" involved when he ordained a noncelibate gay man to the diaconate
in September 1990.
See the full decision and/or
the summary, both
provided by the court through ENS. I have formatted it for the web.
See Lutibelle's response to the report, the
morning after.
