The Multi-Lingual Performance Aids project is a capacity-building partnership between established American and foreign organizations to encourage accountable public management in foreign (developing) governments. The project will make performance aids available in multiple languages. Currently most of the performances aids are in English (see tool bar on right) in the future aids will also be available in the following languages:
The goal of this project is to support democratic and economic reforms abroad by improving the ability of local governments to deliver services to citizens and the emerging private sector. One of the major challenges facing local governments trying to implement reform is the inadequacy of managerial systems and capacity. American universities and government agencies contain valuable and diverse public management training materials which would be of use to public administration reformers in developing countries.
