Registration—Saturday, May 7, 2011 is the last day to register for the conference. There will be no onsite registration. To register you must complete a two-step process off of the registration page: 1) Fill in the attendee registration form. 2) Pay the registration fee following the payment link. Both of these steps must be completed by Saturday, May 7, 2011 to attend the conference.

One day registration fee—A one day registration fee is now available for those individuals who can only attend one day of the conference. The fee for attending the conference on Thursday or Friday is $175. The one day fee does not include the reception on Wednesday night or the dinner on Thursday night. You can pay your registration fee through the School of Public Affairs and Administration Storefront (https://spaanwk.scholarchip.com).

Visa letters—If you need a letter from the School of Public Affairs and Administration at Rutgers-Newark to apply for a visa to attend the conference contact Ms. Maryam Raja at transparency.paper@gmail.com.

Panels and presentations—All accepted papers will be put on panels. Concurrent panel sessions will be 1 and a half hours each. Each panel will consist of three or four papers, a discussant, and a moderator. Individual paper presentations will be 12 minutes long. Information on panel make-up and scheduling will be sent circulated in mid-April.

Materials table—There will be a table available at the conference for you to put out any material you would like to give to other participants. If you have information on recently published books, journal issues, or other material that you would like to distribute to your fellow participants you may do so. We will not be able to print out material for you, so you must bring it in hard copy form.
