The Northeast Conference on Public Administration (NECOPA) is the annual fall regional conference of the American Society for Public Administration, the largest and most prominent professional organization in public administration with a diverse membership and customer base of over 9,000 government and nonprofit administrators, scholars, consultants, contractors, students and new professionals.

NECoPA 2011 will take place on October 28-29, 2011 at John Jay College of Criminal Justice of the City University of New York. John Jay College is located at 445 West 59th Street at 10th Avenue, near the Southwest corner of Central Park and Columbus Circle (subway station).

Averaging close to 200 attendees, NECoPA is truly the "public administration event of the year" for the northeastern United States, including Connecticut,, Delaware, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island and Vermont, as well as attendees from the Washington DC capitol area and some international attendees.
