Peter Loeb is Professor of Economics at Rutgers University-Newark. He serves on the Graduate Faculty in Newark and New Brunswick. For nine years he served as the Chair of the Economics Department and another nine years as the Director of the Graduate Program in Economics, Faculty of Arts and Sciences-Newark. For two years he was the Associate Director of the University's Office of Research and Sponsored Programs headquartered in New Brunswick; it serves the entire University. He earned his BA, MA and PhD from Rutgers – The State University of New Jersey.
