The Executive Director is Dr. Seth A. Grossman. The support staff consists of an Assistant Research Director, research associates, fellows, student interns, and has two areas of concentration: Research and Evaluation and Administration and Program Delivery, and support staff as needed.  The Institute is located within and affiliated with Rutgers University–School of Public Affairs and Administration, Newark, NJ. and the National Center of Public Performance.  The Institute is funded through public and sources, funded research, and educational programming.
