HOW TO ENTER
Upload your video to YouTube through your own account then submit your information via the registration form.
Make sure your video is NOT private.
2) Tag your video with the following:
Rutgers University, Newark, SPAA,
School of Public Affairs and Administration,
Public Service, Video Contest, 2011
[See Tag (YouTube site)]
3) Download, complete, and email the submission form to
pubserve@andromeda.rutgers.edu
Videos must be uploaded to YouTube and submission forms must be submitted via email by 11:59 pm, November 10, 2011.
