What is the Writing Center?
The Writing Center offers tutoring and workshops to Undergraduate and Graduate
students currently enrolled at the Rutgers-Newark campus.
Tutors help students become more independent readers and writers
capable of responding well to the demands of writing within the
university.

Location and Hours
The last day of tutoring for the Spring 2009 semester will be Thursday, April 30, 2009. The Writing Center will re-open for summer tutoring the week of June 1, 2009.
Location: Fall and Spring Semester Hours: Monday - 9:10 a.m. - 5:20 p.m.
Tuesday - 9:10 a.m. - 5:20 p.m.
Wednesday - 10:00 a.m. - 8:20 p.m.
Thursday - 9:10 a.m. - 6:10 p.m.
Friday - Center is closed Summer Semester Hours: Monday - Center is closed
Tuesday - 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Wednesday - 12:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Thursday - 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Friday - Center is closed
