Each apartment has ribbon windows that run the length of each room to provide natural lighting. Floor to ceiling windows in the lounge space on each floor provides plenty of natural lighting as well and a great view of New York City and Newark. The unique space on the first floor includes a laundry room, vending area, office space, and resident mailboxes.
