The TransAtlantic Dialogues are organized jointly by the American Society for Public Administration (ASPA) and the European Group of Public Administratration (EGPA) under the ASPA-EGPA Memorandum of Understanding administered by the School of Public Affairs and Administration at Rutgers University- campus at Newark.

Previous Dialogues have taken place at K.U. Leuven, Belgium (2005 and 2006), the University of Delaware, Newark, Delaware (2007) and the University of Bocconi, Milan, Italy (2008).
