The School recommends, but does require that at least one-half of the total program cost be paid by the applicant's agency or department.  This commitment of organizational support should reflect in the letter (s) of nomination (or recommendation) provides by the applicant's supervisor.  Although we cannot guarantee against a increase tuition, every effort is made to reduce the likelihood of significant tuition increases once in individual enrolled in the program.
