Collection Details
  • Subjects Covered: The Library's collections cover practically all sub-fields of criminology and criminal justice. They contain monographs, collections of papers, conference and congress reports and proceedings, research reports, official and governmental publications, statistical reports, domestic and foreign penal codes, periodicals, and grey literature. The collections covers nearly all regions of the world and are multi-lingual, but mostly in the English language. Between 20% and 25% of the collections are domestic literature, i.e. from Slovenia and former Yugoslavia. Although the Library collects all domestic publications concerning crime and justice, it has nevertheless an essentially international character by collecting publications from numerous geographic areas of the world and collecting relevant criminological literature in a wide range of languages.

Inter-Library Loan Policy The Library offers domestic and foreign inter-library loans. There is no charge for ILLs and overseas inter-library loans are possible.
